Shedding Tea Tincture

How I made the shedding tea tincture that was inspired by Geneva Thatcher's Shedding tea that she uses with great results. Many of us are time poor, this sorts that.

Making a tea and boiling ingredients is fantastic and such a wonderful experience if one has time. It is not just time it is access to a stove and a saucepan. What happens when one goes on holidays or is away from their home base? I want my shedding tea with me at all times right handy in my bag. So a tincture is the answer.

TIPS and Tricks: Extra tip strain the tincture in a piece of organza or an organza bag, then you can wring it out. Be careful with the pepper and also the turmeric use gloves (you will thank me later).

Geneva’s Shedding tea recipe

In Australia I could not get edible pine bark so this tincture does not have it in it but if in the US it’s very easy to obtain. I also left out the green tea because then I can take this any time of day or night, not only that if I want the action of green tea then I will brew a cup and enjoy it by it’s self. Geneva used coconut milk to make this taste wonderful but that is if one is doing the stove top preparation method. By the way this drink does taste good so you need to at least try it a few times. 3 Tsp Cats Claw, 3 Tsp Pau D Arco, 1-3 Tsp Pine Bark Edible, 3 Tsp Turmeric, 2 Tsp Black Pepper, 3 Tsp Star Anise, 1-2 Tsp Orange Peel, 2 Tsp Licorice Root, 1-2 Tsp Cardamom, 1-2 Tsp Green Tea, 3 Tsp Whole Cloves

I purchased some of the things online from a herbal supplier the rest I got from an Indian grocer. So Let’s go shopping.

Herbs needed

Cats Claw - buy Powdered if possible it will kill your grinder and still will not be ground up. It is the bark and stringy parts of the vine and it’s beyond tough.

Pau D Arco - powdered

Turmeric - powdered

Black Pepper - whole grind them at the time of making the tincture for the best and freshest outcome

Star Anise - powdered

Orange Peel - powdered

Licorice Root- powdered

Cardamom - whole grind them at the time of making the tincture for the best and freshest outcome

Whole Cloves - it’s up to you but these will make one utter mess of your grinder and it it has plastic parts like a plastic lid or bowl the volatile oils in cloves will disfigure and try to melt the plastic. A quick wizz in the grinder is better than none.

So all there is to do now is to fill your 500ml Mason jar with the powdered herb of your choice to approximately 1/3 full and top it off with 40% Vodka that is 40% drinking alcohol. Do this to each herb except for the black pepper you only need like 1/3 of a jar of tincture or half at the most liquid and herb in total it’s super and I mean super strong when it tinctures up.

Now when making up the Cats claw one make triple the amount because you will want to be taking that one on the side in extra amounts as desired. Geneva writes about it’s virtues.

Making up the Tincture Blend

I made and strained each tincture, I made them separately but there is no rule that one could not make it all together in one big massive jar as a combo tincture shaking it daily. By making it all separate one can adjust their blend easier. It is up to you.

3 parts Cats Claw

3 parts Pau D Arco

3 parts Turmeric

1 part Black Pepper (why 1 part because it’s hot as and we have no coconut milk to offset the heat)

3 parts Star Anise

1 parts Orange Peel (1-2 parts it’s up to you, I did 2 parts)

2 parts Licorice Root

1 parts Cardamom (1-2 parts it’s up to you, I did 2 parts)

3 parts Whole Cloves

So we have a total of 20 parts, now to make this taste great I added another 20 parts of honey to this and shook it all up in a bottle. I prefer honey because it’s not refined and it also has some benefits as long as it’s not heat treated honey. Sugar well no unless one wants more heath issues. Sweetener of any kind is optional and it’s fine to take it on it’s own.

How much you take is up to you, I generally take about 5 dropper fulls of this mixture in a glass of water or just straight. You could even take this in a glass of Green tea in the morning but beware the pepper maybe a tad hot.

How often to take it?

I only take this tincture when I have been around others who may have shed on me ie they took the Covid shots. I really have problems with shedding and it’s no fun to feel slammed out for a week. Not only that the health issues that come along with it depending on the severity of the shedding hit can literally be debilitating and would send the average person to an emergency room or the doctors. The worst places one could end up with even more shedding then because they are all jabbed.

So I take this 3 times a day for about 1-2 days post any possible shedding occurrence. Now Geneva has said you can smell the spike or whatever it is in your urine so watch out for that.

The moment I am shed upon bad then I also take other things like MMS/CDS drops you know the Jim Humble drops and the ones that Andreas Klacker talks about. I take about 1 ml of CDS upon going to bed and that usually fixes things. I have personally used MMS for well over 15 years on and off when needed, now I use CDS the second generation of the old MMS original formulation.

How did I find MMS back then? I used to peruse places like the Cure Zone and others, I was investigating the Morgellons phenomena that started to plague America at first. As a former cosmetics manufacturer and formulator I also looked for what the FDA was censoring, who they were persecuting or prosecuting and what the media was going crazy over. See I have always had a fairly healthy BS meter. Back then the internet was littered with testimonies and since, well it’s all been propaganda smear and hit pieces. Plus on top of that the war on the population has increased to the point that they no longer hide their outright genocide.

They simply do not want people to have total control over their health.
